The Problem
Increasing carbon emission is an alarming concern and a major reason to climate change. The industries focus only on the final outlet emission at the end of process stream. Existing solutions have limited utility. They are very large and can capture carbon emission only at the end points like chimneys. The emission from equipment are generally neglected. To achieve Net – Zero need is to capture carbon from all such individual sites in the plant, i.e. neglected emitter. As in an industrial setting, emissions take place in various forms and at various points (direct air capture emissions, point of source emission, pre-combustion emission, post-combustion emissions, process emissions, etc).

The Solution
Greenovate Solutions is developing exhaust treatment system that is miniaturize and modular to accommodate in existing design for fitments. TubeCC, Greenovate’s innovative Carbon Capture Technology unit captures carbon from point sources with high efficiency, enabling industries to utilize the CO2 beneficially. This revolutionary solution, developed through intense R&D, offers an effective way for industries to reduce their carbon footprint. It allows for capture carbon of emissions from each and every individual point/equipment which are sources of emissions.
Tube CC is equipped with an advanced monitoring system that continuously tracks carbon emissions in real-time.
Greenovate can at present create a 10 tons per day plant in 30–40ft X 8ft container size which can be placed next to the emitting equipment as opposed to the standard 40–50 ft tall tower with ground spacing of almost 500 or 700 square feet.
