Sama’s AI tool helps organizations identify why women drop off the workforce and plugs the gaps. The matching algorithm analyzes patterns and recommends interventions to retain women in the workforce. __________________________________________________________________________
The Problem
Less than 10% of Urban Indian women are gainfully employed, while the rest have withdrawn from the workforce broken due to double burden and unsupportive work environments. Not enough is being done to ensure women DO NOT drop off the workforce & are retained to increase women’s representation.

The Solution
Predict fallout from workforce and intervene.
Sama Lives is building a predictive modelling tool that processes complex dataset of variables reflecting multiple aspects of a working woman’s life to find meaningful patterns that will predict their risk level (high/medium/low) of falling out of the workforce. Once the risk assessment is ready, insights generated by the tool are deployed to offer interventions (via AI matching) for organizations to prevent women from dropping off.
Their offering: a diagnostics tool ( to gauge problem areas) and a solutions hub (to find and implement the right solution for the problem) to help Employers retain women in the workforce.
